Safety- Safety is important to us, and we will take necessary precautions to ensure a fun and secure environment while enjoying the musical experience together! Families agree that while participating in Mini Music with Shannalee classes at Show Tyme Performing Arts Center is at your family's own risk. Families acknowledge that Music with Shannalee is not liable for any injury or illness that may arise from attending.

Refunds/Cancellations- Family life is busy and things come up! Please be courteous to other families and do NOT attend class if your child has a fever within 24 hours of class time. Feel free to attend another Music with Shannalee class during the month (subject to availability). Classes will not be made up unless Shannalee is the one who’s sick in which case another class time will be decided upon.

Participation- Since this class is primarily for teaching healthy music learning practices to parents for music learning at home, parents must participate in all activities. Children often are unresponsive in class and engage more freely at home between classes. This is normal. Parents are encouraged to learn the activities during class time so they can share them with their children during more receptive times at home.

Phones- Phones must be left on silent or outside the learning space.

Siblings- Older siblings must not be present during the Mini Music lesson in order to limit distractions. Please contact Shannalee for questions on this. musicwithshannalee@gmail.com

Class Time- Enrolled children may roam the learning area during class as long as they do not divert other children’s attention. Occasionally invite a roaming child back to the group, but do not force the child to participate.

Kindness-Do not compare one child's accomplishments to another’s. Children develop at different rates. Later development is sometimes better! We will be encouraging to all in the studio.

Tuition- Tuition must be paid to ensure your spot in the class. Tuition is $120 per family (+$5 booking fee) and includes an egg shaker and a colorful scarf!

“Creative entitlement doesn’t mean behaving like a princess, or acting as though the world owes you anything whatsoever. No, creative entitlement simply means believing that you are allowed to be here, and that—merely by being here—you are allowed to have a voice and a vision of your own.”
